Describing a local dish

I live in Molvizar which is a small village on the coast of Granada, We have lots of local delicious food such as: baby goat, gazpacho, flour crumbs and salmorejo
The food that I like most are flour crumbs. This recipe sonsists of 1/2 kj of flour, half a litre of water, 5 cloves of garlic, salt, half a glass of olive oil and fish or meat like complement.
First of all, you chop the garlics into litle pieces, after that put the oil in the pan and then the garlics. When the garlics are golden, add the water and the salt (as much as you like) When the mix cook you have to add flour slowly while you are stirring.
You have to be stirring for 10 minutes and then If you like fish, you can do anchovies to accompany this delicious dish.
You can also make meat in the pan if you like more than fish, You have to do this recipe! You're going to love it!
